When will my package arrive?
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 3 weeks processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility and is on its way to you!
I ordered the wrong size item, what do I do?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of it being placed. Please email orders@logoluggage.com and ask to have your order cancelled.
Why can I not cancel my order after 12 hours?
We are not able to cancel orders after the 12 hours of it being placed, as they will have moved to production.
How long does shipping take for US and Canada orders?
Orders shipped to the US or Canada, in general, will take 3-10 days to be delivered. Other world destinations can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The shipping time depends on the courier and is beyond our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Do I have to pay International Customs and VAT?
For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. Logo Luggage & Apparel is not responsible for any such fees.
